I’m already so busy. How much time do I need?

For the Membership, you can expect 1–2 hours per week for teachings and gentle integration. Many women listen while walking, cooking, or in the car, and apply the work in real moments of life. For the Intensive, you’ll want 2–4 hours per week for sessions, reflection, and practices. We design it around your real capacity so your nervous system feels supported, not pressured.

I’ve done therapy and coaching before. How is this different?

The Self Image Journey specifically focuses on your identity—who you believe you are allowed to be, what you are allowed to have, and how safe it feels to be fully you. We work with emotional, mental, and spiritual capacity together, so change is integrated, not just understood intellectually. The work is gentle, trauma-informed, and rooted in feminine self leadership.

What if I’m scared of disappointing people when I change?

That fear is part of your current self image. Inside the Journey, we don’t force you to blow up your life. We help you build inner safety so you can make aligned, honest choices in a way that honours your relationships, your culture, and your values—while no longer abandoning yourself.

How do I know if I’m ready for the Intensive versus Membership?

If you’re new to inner work or your capacity is low, start with Membership. If you’ve already done therapy/coaching, are hungry for deeper change, and can commit time and energy, the Intensive will serve you. You can also begin with Membership and transition into the Intensive once your foundation feels strong.
